VOLUNTEER PREFERENCES

Greeters — Welcome and direct guests: Help guests find entrances, exits, restrooms, accessible routes, viewing areas, and transportation.
Credential Check-In — Staff registration/check-in and direct credentialed personnel to the appropriate access points.
Accessibility Support — Assist guests with accessibility needs and help maintain accessible routes and viewing areas.
Crowd Support — Help with orderly movement and communicate concerns to event supervisors.
Backstage Support — Assist speakers, performers, production staff, and scheduled participants.
Information Desk — Handle schedules, maps, lost-and-found, and general attendee questions.
Sustainability/Sanitation — Monitor trash/recycling areas and report restroom or sanitation issues to the responsible vendor/team.
Hospitality — Support approved refreshments, speaker/VIP areas, and volunteer needs.
Emergency Support — Help communicate official instructions and direct attendees during an emergency. Medical/security decisions remain with trained professionals.

Site Logistic Support — Set Up / Breakdown, etc.
