ALIANZA NEHEMÍAS
STATEMENT OF FAITH
What we believe and the biblical convictions that unite us.
OUR FOUNDATION
The Nehmiah Alliance is united by a shared committment to the truth of God’s Word and the eternal realities of the Christian faith. Our Statement of Faith summarizes the key biblical convictions that shape our mission, our work, and our life together.
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and the trustworthy authority for faith and life.
We believe in one God, eternally existing as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived without sin, died on the cross for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended to heaven. He will return in glory.
We believe all people are created in the image of God, yet all have sinned and need salvation. We are saved by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by our own works. Through His death and resurrection, all who repent and trust in Him receive forgiveness and eternal life.
We believe the Holy Spirit gives new life to believers, dwells within them, and equips them to follow Jesus. We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, make disciples, love our neighbors, care for the vulnerable, and proclaim the gospel.
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the final judgment, and the everlasting kingdom of God.
